Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your product. You may exchange for any item in our inventory, or you can choose a store credit, which never expires.

Sale items are not eligible for a store credit - they are final sale.

All return items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached in order to be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

How Do I Initiate a Return/Exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange any item, please contact us at returns@amelineshoppe.com and let us know what item from your order you wish to return for a store credit or exchange. Please also include your name, order number, and original method of payment.

You have 10 days from receiving your package to return for a store credit or exchange your item. After we receive your return, you will be issued your store credit or exchange. Store credits will be sent to your email immediately.

Where Do I Send My Return To + What Do I Include?

The packing slip for your return must be included in your return package along with the items you have been authorized to return.

In-Store Returns or Exchanges:

For in-store returns or exchanges, you must bring back all items unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached within 10 days of the original purchase date. You must also bring your receipt. You will be given the option of an exchange or a store credit refund, which never expires.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please email or call us immediately and we will correct the issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with them!
